What You’ll Do:
- Delivering high-quality electrical work across residential, commercial, industrial, and communications projects
- Supervising and supporting field staff to achieve top performance
- Providing technical guidance, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership on site
- Coordinating resources, scheduling, and project workflows to meet deadlines and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
- Driving a culture of pride in workmanship, customer service, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Vic)
- Strong on-the-tools capability with the ambition to step into a hybrid leadership role
- Ability to inspire and guide other electricians and apprentices
- Excellent organisational skills, job management, and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude
- Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
