Serious about the trade? So are we.
An apprenticeship is four years of your life. We take on apprentices who treat it that way. Keen, reliable, and in it to come out a proper tradie.

What you would actually work on
An apprenticeship here is not four years of sweeping floors and pulling cable.
Real jobs from early on
Out with qualified tradies on hospital, education and commercial work. You learn by doing, not by watching from the van.
The whole trade
Domestic, commercial, industrial, security and data. You build broad skills, not just one corner of the trade.
Tradies who teach
Our qualified team explain the why, not just bark the what. That is how you actually pick up the trade.
You finish ready. A capable tradie with a job waiting, not just a piece of paper.
We run the business the way a good tradie wants to work
Taught properly
You learn from qualified tradies who take the time to explain. You are an apprentice, not free labour.
The whole trade
Domestic, commercial, industrial, security and data. You see all of it and you build real skills.
Backed to grow
Your TAFE blocks are planned around. Your progress is tracked. We want you to pass and we want you to stay.
A real future
Do your time well and there is a qualified job here at the end of it. We grow our own and we promote from within.
How it works. No games.
We respect your time, and we know you might still be working. A conversation comes before any paperwork.
A quiet word
Call Tybias direct, or send the form. A conversation first, no CV needed. You ask what you want to know, we tell you straight.
Interview
A proper sit down. Pay, conditions, vehicle, tickets, and what you want out of your trade. Bring every question you have.
Trial day
A paid day on the tools with the crew. Real job, real site. You see how we run. We see how you work.
Offer
A written offer with everything spelled out. Take it home, think it over. No pressure and no games.
Questions before you apply
Do I need experience?
No. We are after the right attitude. Reliable, keen, willing to learn, and serious about the trade. Show us that and experience is not the deciding factor.
I am still at school. Can I do a school-based apprenticeship?
Yes. We already run a school-based apprentice. If you are committed and reliable through your schooling, we are open to another.
I have already started my apprenticeship somewhere else. Can I transfer?
Possibly. If you are partway through and serious about finishing strong, get in touch and we will talk it through.
What hours would I work?
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with your TAFE blocks as scheduled. We plan around your training.
Do I need my own tools?
Not on day one. We will tell you what basic kit to pick up as you progress. You will not be out of pocket starting out.
What makes NextES different?
We grow our own. Documented work, planned weeks, real variety, and qualified tradies who actually take the time to teach.
