What we walked into
RAYGEN's Carwarp facility is engineering at the cutting edge — concentrated solar, energy storage, complex assembly lines and high-precision measurement equipment. The electrical infrastructure had to keep pace with rapid expansion across multiple disciplines without compromising the documentation discipline a site like this demands.
What we delivered
- Major chiller upgrade — strategic capacity and energy-efficiency improvement to the industrial chiller system
- Wind Lidar project — site-specific electrical install supporting wind measurement infrastructure
- All Sky Camera project — electrical install for sky-monitoring and atmospheric-condition equipment
- Custom-designed assembly shed with full-scale electrical infrastructure for Hilo-stat production
- High-precision electrical install for the Tuchen / Boosh assembly line
- Site-specific engineered installation for the photovoltaic (PV) tower at Carwarp
- Renewable-ready energy system integration
