What we walked into
Hospitals cannot tolerate dropped power, sloppy compliance or a contractor who vanishes after the certificate. Theatre upgrades in particular have to deliver compliant medical outlets, surgical lighting and safety certification within body-protected zones — all in a live, high-risk healthcare setting that does not stop running.

How we ran it
Every theatre upgrade was delivered under a staged plan that prioritised safety, compliance and zero disruption to clinical operations. Works were sequenced around theatre lists, ward occupancy and the hospital's facility-management programme. Documentation, certification and as-builts handed over the way the hospital expects them.
