Where are you based?
Mildura — we have our workshop at 75 Seventh St, Mildura VIC 3500. We service Mildura, the Sunraysia region and southern NSW.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. REC 31859, ABN 46 646 056 804, full public liability and workers comp. Certificates available on request.
Do you do tendered work for head contractors?
Yes — around 40% of our work is tendered electrical and comms for head contractors and project managers.
Do you do scheduled overnight or weekend work?
Yes — for commercial and industrial clients with planned shutdowns, programmed maintenance or service contracts. We plan around your operating window. Residential bookings are weekdays.
Do you give written quotes?
Yes — anything beyond a basic call-out is quoted in writing through SimPRO. Plain English, no surprise add-ons.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There is a standard service fee that covers travel and the first portion of work. Full quote depends on the job — we are upfront.
Can you handle the data cabling and electrical on a fitout?
Yes. Both trades, single point of accountability. That is one of our core combinations.
Do you do rural three-phase and irrigation work?
Yes. Three-phase install, switchboards, motor controls, pump wiring. Big chunk of our industrial work.
Do I need a switchboard upgrade for an EV charger?
Sometimes. Older switchboards often need upgrading to support a dedicated EV circuit safely. We assess on site and tell you straight.
How quickly can you respond?
Same business day for residential and commercial enquiries. Contract clients with after-hours response built into their service agreement are prioritised.
Do you do work in NSW as well as VIC?
Yes — we are licensed both sides of the river. Wentworth, Buronga, Gol Gol, Dareton, Coomealla, Curlwaa.
