What we walked into
A trading club venue can't afford to shut down for a switchboard rebuild. The existing site switchboard needed an upgrade to support growing site demands and ongoing compliance — but every panel swap had to be done with the venue still operating, and every cutover had to land cleanly.

The five-panel install was sequenced across after-hours windows, with each cutover planned, executed and tested before the venue opened the next day. Communication kept tight with the club's management throughout — no surprises, no overruns.
