Quotes and contracts

All work is performed under our written quote and our standard terms of trade. Where there is any inconsistency between this site and a written quote we have provided, the written quote prevails.

Licensing

Next Electrical Solutions is a licensed electrical contractor (REC 31859). All work is carried out by qualified, licensed personnel.

Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated in our terms of trade. Materials and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those guarantees, our liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying the service.
