Yes — all jobs over a basic hourly call-out are quoted in writing through our SimPRO system. No surprises.
Are you available on weekends or after hours?
Standard residential bookings are weekdays, 7am–5pm. We don't run a general residential after-hours service. Existing commercial maintenance contract clients have agreed after-hours response built into their service agreement.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There is a standard service fee that covers travel and the first portion of work. The full quote depends on the job — happy to scope it on the phone first.
