A multi-stream campus comms and security project for SuniTAFE — high-resolution CCTV across multiple campuses, a 400+ door migration onto the Genetec access platform, and a custom Genetec system for the Swan Hill campus. Delivered around term and class schedules.
What we walked into
Education sites run to the calendar. Cameras, access control and comms upgrades had to be installed across multiple live campuses with minimal disruption to classes, while preserving every staff and student credential and schedule on the existing access system.

How we ran it
Worked closely with SuniTAFE's facilities and IT teams to scope three parallel project streams. Installation windows were kept outside peak class hours to minimise disruption. Cutovers staged so that no door was offline during business hours and every credential survived the migration intact.
What it delivered
A unified, modern security and access platform across the SuniTAFE campus footprint, delivered without disruption to classes or facility operations.
